How often do you say this phrase; "I'm so busy!"

 

Those three words may seem innocent....

but that simple thought puts your body in fight and flight mode

(also known as our sympathetic nervous system)

 

When we are in our sympathetic nervous system our body gets flushed with cortisol and adrenaline (our stress hormones).

 

With these stress hormones we lose clarity, purpose, presence and the ability to show up as our best selves.

 

Try replacing the phrase "I'm so busy" with:

  • My life is full
  • I have chosen everything that is in my life
  • I create my own schedule
  • I chose this pace of life

 

Simply eliminating the word 'busy' in your life will actually make you feel less busy and you magically have more time.
