When you sleep is the time your brain loves to find solutions.

 

The problem is before we sleep we often overwhelm our brain with all the things that went wrong today, everything you have to do, or didn't do, and how exhausted you are....

(no wonder we sleep less then we ever have before)

 

Awaken Actionable Item:

Before you go to sleep ask your brain a question

Make sure it is stated in the positive

Instead of "Why can't I figure this out?"

ask "HOW can I figure this out?"
