I love Jenna and Awaken Transformation! The focus here is to make a commitment to our own self-care and self-love through community and coaching. The result is to build trust in yourself to make good decisions that will carry me to a healthier version of myself! I will be forever grateful for the tools gained in this very safe place!
Often in Jenna’s group coaching, I feel like she’s speaking directly to me. It’s been an aw-ha for me to realize much of what I struggle with personally are human struggles and I’m not alone.

Awaken Transformation is for anyone and everyone. This is a program designed to guide you back to YOU. For twenty years I’ve believed all my yoga teachers who say “you are your own best teacher.” In the Awaken program, I finally experienced that self-teaching. Jenna is a phenomenal guide (get coached!). And possibly the best part is that this relatively small commitment of time and effort is showing up in impressively large life improvements - family, work, and self!
